Two Shades London’s Terms & Conditions outline site usage, ordering, refunds, warranties, liability limits, and user rights for our car mods and cosmetics.

Warranty Period

This warranty is valid for a period of 6 months from the date of installation.

Warranty Coverage 

Twoshades Limited guarantees that the installation of the product is carried out to the highest professional standards. This warranty covers:

The workmanship of the installation

  1. The replacement of any faulty components within the ambient lighting kit itself.
  2. During the 6-month period, Twoshades Limited will repair or replace faulty products or services at no additional cost, provided the issue is covered under the terms of this warranty.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  1. Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or modifications by the customer or any third-party service.
  2. Normal wear and tear of the product.
  3. Faults resulting from attempts to repair or tamper with the product by anyone other than Twoshades Limited.
  4. Damage to the product or vehicle not due to the installation of the product itself.

Repair or Replacement Policy

  1. Twoshades Limited will, at its discretion, offer a repair or replacement of any faulty parts or services under warranty.
  2. The customer may be liable for a call-out fee if the repair or replacement is requested to be done at a different location than the original installation site.
  3. If the issue is found to be caused by customer damage or any reason outside the scope of this warranty, the customer will bear the cost of the repair, including parts and labour.

Customer Responsibilities

  1. To keep this warranty valid, customers must adhere to the following conditions:
  2. Twoshades Limited must be the first point of contact for any issues related to the product or installation.
  3. Customers must not attempt to fix the problem themselves or seek repairs from any third-party garages or service providers.
  4. Failure to comply with these responsibilities may void the warranty.

How to Make a Claim

If you experience any issues with your product or installation within the warranty period, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us by phone at 020 3355 4852, by email at twoshadeslimited@gmail.com, or via direct message on Whatsapp or Instagram. Please provide details about the installation and the problem you are experiencing.
  2. Twoshades Limited will respond to your claim as promptly as possible and assess the situation.
  3. Once the problem is confirmed and determined to be covered under this warranty, the following options are available:
  4. If the installation was completed at our facility, the customer must bring the vehicle back to us for repairs.
  5. If the installation was completed at the customer’s location, we will travel to the original installation site to perform repairs or replacements.
  6. If the customer requests that Two Shades Limited travel to a different location than where the initial installation was completed, the customer will be responsible for a call-out fee. The fee will vary depending on the distance from our facility.

 

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product installation. It is valid for installations completed by Twoshades Limited within the UK.
